SuperFOIL SF40 1.5m X 10m (15m²)

SuperFOIL SF40 has radiant reflective properties, reflecting unwanted heat from solar gain in summer and enhancing insulation in winter.

SF40 also has air barrier properties and can control air movement for further energy efficiencies. In situ energy assessment indicates that multilayer foils have benefits over traditional (non reflective) insulation.

Hybris is a reflective insulation product for timber frame or masonry walls, pitched roofs or ceiling applications. Based on a honeycomb structure made of shaped polyethylene foams glued to aluminium coated polyethylene foils.

The High thermal performance of Hybris is provided by a special structure composed of a large number of low emissivity cavities, protected from dust and excessive air movement. Moreover, the low emissivity external films provide additional thermal resistance, when associated with air cavities.

Superglass Superwall 32 Cavity Wall Insulation Batt – 125mm (2.18m2)

Superglass Superwall 32 is a British Board of Agreement (BBA) approved, non-combustible and water repellent glass mineral wool insulation cavity wall batt. The flexible batt is supplied at 455mm wide to allow easy installation between standard vertical wall tie spacings and minimum on-site cutting and waste.

Superglass Superwall 32 is designed to provide thermal insulation in full or partial fill in new external masonry cavity walls, up to 25 metres in height for full fill and without restriction for partial fill, in new buildings of a domestic and non-domestic nature.

 

Rockwool Dual Density Slab 50mm Pk4 Pk size 2.88m2

50mm Rockwool Dual Density Slab is a rigid thermal insulation slab specifically created for external wall applications to go directly under render.  It is made from volcanic rock, thus extremely durable and fire resistant.  The higher density outer surface of the slab is to take the render, whilst the resilient inner surface accommodates itself to irregularities in the surface of the substrate, thus maximising thermal performance.  The slabs will knit together when tightly butt jointed preventing extraneous heat loss. This also prevents water transmission through the insulation layer. These slabs can be used in conditions of severe climatic exposure. The slabs are made from 97% recyclable and renewable material which also makes them environmentally friendly since they can lower the carbon footprint of the household.

125mm Earthwool DriTherm 32 Cavity Slab is a semi-rigid insulation material made from non-combustible, water repellent, glass mineral wool. They are 1200mm x 455mm wide to suit standard vertical wall tie spacings, ensuring a closed joint with adjacent slabs. Manufactured with Knauf ECOSE Technology – no added formaldehyde binder, which is up to 70% less energy intaensive than traditional binders and is made from rapidly renewable bio-based materials instead of petroleum-based chemicals.
