There is a help line for customers who are unsatisfied with their order. We will refund or replace materials, subject to clients request and review.
Materials are delivered by the merchants who have won the order.
Deliveries are subject to the winning merchant’s terms. The majority of our merchants offer next day delivery. You may select a later date if required.
We deliver to all areas of the United Kingdom.
You can pay via Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit card. We also offer a credit system, subject to application.
If materials are not in the QMG system, you can contact us and we will do our best to source them for you at the best possible price.
